Training that sucks
I do like people who see things for what they're worth. Like whoever it is who writes Training that Sucks.
- Every day, remind your employees that they're not fit to do their job.
- If you can keep people from doing their job by having them talk about doing their job... that's good.
- It's always a good idea to put your training in the hands of people who don't know how to train. (Perhaps while they're doing our job, the trainers could arrest criminals or bake the cakes or perform open-heart surgery for them!)
- It's going to cost money, but don't worry about that.
