This morning I drove from Melbourne down to Torquay to attend a challenging Steering Committee meeting for the upcoming Surf Coast Shire Citizens Jury. About five kilometres short of our destination, a rainbow appeared, pointing directly at the location of our meeting. Whilst no gold was on offer, the meeting turned out well!
